Feature

Durable and Strong Machine Frame

The frame of our bending machine undergoes a rigorous manufacturing process for enhanced durability and resilience. It is initially quenched at 600 degrees Celsius to strengthen its structure, followed by a low-temperature tempering process in a tempering furnace to relieve material stresses. Finally, the frame undergoes comprehensive machining using floor-type boring and milling machines. This meticulous production method ensures that our frames are exceptionally sturdy, durable, and resistant to deformation.

Multi-axis Backgauge

STARS equip CNC press brakes with X,R axis as standard backgauge. More axis are optional. You can choose 4axis (X, R, Z1,Z2), 6axis (X1, X2, R1, R2, Z1, Z2）or more. The accuracy of the advanced backgauge is 0.01mm.

AC Servo Motor

The CNC Press Brake is outfitted with two hydraulic rams synchronized by AC servo motors and grating ruler positional feedback, meticulously designed to ensure flawless stroke synchronization.

Crowning System

To prevent bending defects, STARS Machinery equips all CNC press brakes with a crowning system. This system is controlled automatically by the CNC system to ensure the accuracy of the bending results.

Upper Punch&Bottom Die

Press brake tooling functions akin to a CNC press brake machine's teeth. High-quality punch and die sets significantly enhance bending precision. STARS press brake tooling, crafted from 42CrMo steel renowned for its robustness and durability, undergoes heat treatment to achieve a hardness of 55~60HRC. This process extends the tooling's lifespan, ensuring prolonged effectiveness and performance reliability.
