How to Load the Hydraulic Guillotine Shear into Container

Successful Shipment to Our Georgia Customer

We are pleased to announce that we have successfully completed and shipped an order for a customer in Georgia. This order included a 6x3200 hydraulic guillotine shear and an angle adjustable notching machine. Both machines were completed within the planned 30-day timeframe.

Loading Process

Today, we meticulously loaded the machines into a container for sea transport to Georgia. Here’s a detailed look at the loading process:

-Cleaning and Securing:

Our workers thoroughly cleaned the hydraulic guillotine shear.

All moving parts were securely fixed to prevent any movement during transit.

The machine was then wrapped in plastic film for additional protection.

-Moving the Machines:

We utilized an aerial crane and a forklift to carefully move both the hydraulic guillotine shear and the sheet metal notching machine into the container.

-Securing in the Container:

To prevent any potential damage during transport by road or sea, we secured both machines inside the container using steel wire. This step is crucial to ensure that the machines remain stable and undamaged throughout the journey.

Ensuring Safe Delivery

After the loading was completed, the container was safely transported to the seaport for shipping.
